Visit PITTSBURGH has proudly received the prestigious Destination Marketing Accreditation Program (DMAP) designation from Destinations International. This accolade highlights the organization’s unwavering dedication to industry excellence and adherence to the global standards of performance and accountability for destination organizations.

Earning the DMAP accreditation is no small feat. It demands that a destination organization meets a comprehensive set of mandatory and voluntary standards across diverse performance areas. These standards encompass critical facets of destination management and marketing, including governance, finance, human resources, sales, communications, destination development, and research. This recognition underscores VisitPITTSBURGH’s commitment to maintaining the highest level of operational excellence and service quality in promoting their vibrant city.
