Furthermore, they must provide a comprehensive understanding of the coursework and their prospective living situation in Australia. Each of these areas must be addressed in English, with explanations no shorter than 150 words per topic.
Additionally, the criteria for English proficiency have been heightened. Applicants must also pass a new test, designed to verify their genuine need for educational opportunities in Australia. The imposition of a ‘No Further Stay’ clause will further restrict the employment possibilities for international students.
