Anguilla Tourist Board Rolls Out 2024 Summer Campaign – ‘Exclusively Yours, Anguilla’

The Anguilla Tourist Board (ATB) is preparing to make Anguilla the ultimate summer destination with its new campaign, “Exclusively Yours, Anguilla,” running from May to August 2024. Traditionally known as a winter getaway, this initiative aims to rebrand Anguilla as a prime summer vacation spot and increase travel during the summer months.

“Our “Exclusively Yours, Anguilla” Summer Campaign is an important component of our marketing strategy to position Anguilla as an all-year-round destination,” said Kimberly King, Chief Marketing Officer, ATB. “Our aim is to highlight the island’s diverse experiences and to include special offers from our leading resorts, mid-market properties and fantastic villas. Ultimately building on the momentum generated from our blockbuster winter season.”

The central theme of the campaign is “No matter what adventures you seek this summer, every experience is exclusively yours in Anguilla.” It highlights the island’s diverse attractions beyond its renowned beaches and culinary scene, targeting families, couples, and groups of friends.

The campaign will be launched in all of Anguilla’s major markets. Media visits for top journalists and influencers will emphasize active vacation experiences like diving, hiking, and kayaking, showcasing a variety of accommodation options from mid-market properties. The campaign will also feature press releases about summer activities and media interviews with ATB management.

A dynamic social media campaign across Anguilla’s Facebook, Instagram, and X channels will showcase the island’s incredible deals, exciting adventures, and romantic retreats available this summer. Engaging content, including reels, stunning visuals, and captivating copy, will entice travelers to choose Anguilla for their summer vacation.

The campaign includes market-specific elements. In the USA, ATB will partner with New York City’s top radio station, POWER 105-FM, and popular radio personality Angie Martinez for a summer radio campaign. This promotion will feature an on-air schedule, digital/social listings, and a live event at Angie’s Summer BBQ in Queens, spotlighting Anguilla’s Summer Festival.

In the United Kingdom, the ATB will collaborate with National Geographic Traveller (UK) on a digital campaign, promoting authentic Anguilla experiences, mid-market properties, local music, nightlife, and dining.

Various stakeholders have joined the ATB campaign, offering special summer packages and experiences available on the ATB website. Participating properties include luxury resorts, villas, boutique hotels, and small inns, providing visitors with an affordable and magical summer experience in Anguilla.
